Delivery

 

I post items using Royal Mail as I find for ceramics, this is the safest option. This means that postage and packaging is £7 for a small parcel and £9 for a medium parcel sent as Tracked 24 but no need for a signature.

Where multiple items can be combined into 1 parcel, I will refund you any additional postage charge. For example, 4 seals can fit into a small parcel.

 

Currently, I only post within the UK. I can't ship to the EU or Ireland due new EU rules. However, If you live elsewhere abroad, please contact me to discuss postage.

 

If you are local to Westhill, Aberdeenshire, you can pickup for free, please select pickup at checkout you will then be sent a confirmation email with my contact details to arrange pickup.

Packaging

 

I use new double walled cardboard boxes, which are strong and I rarely get breakages. I try to reuse packaging wherever possible so you may find your space filling and wrapping are second hand. If you could reuse packaging, that would be great, but my cardboard boxes are recyclable.

 

Returns

 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receipt of the item to return it to me for a refund. I cannot refund postage charges and you will be responsible for packaging the item and return postage. The item must be unused and reach me in the same condition it reached you. I would suggest using tracked delivery.

 

Payments are made through Stripe and can be made using all major debit or credit cards. Once your order is completed, you should receive confirmation via email. When the item is dispatched, you will get another email.
