I post items using Royal Mail as I find for ceramics, this is the safest option. This means that postage and packaging is £4 second class and £5 first class for most smaller things (small bowls, mugs, trinket dishes, soap dishes, plates, airplane jellyfish and flower frog vases).
For larger items such as planters, larger bowls and bird baths, postage is generally £6 second class or £7 first class unless particularly heavy. If you order more than one thing and I can fit multiple items in the one box I will refund any excess postage paid. Currently, I only post within the UK.
If you are local to Westhill, Aberdeenshire, you can pickup for free, please select pickup at checkout you will then be sent a confirmation email with my contact details to arrange pickup.
Please choose the appropriate postage option at checkout. I post items twice weekly, so that means for Second class, you will usually receive your item within 6-7 days, often sooner and for first class 3-4 days, often sooner. Covid-19 may be affecting Royal Mail depots in some areas.
I use double walled cardboard boxes, which are strong and I rarely get breakages. Items are wrapped with stamped paper and sisal string and a ceramic charm. I try to reuse packaging wherever possible and once my stocks of bubble wrap are used up I will be transitioning to paper for wrapping items. If you could reuse packaging, that would be great, but my cardboard boxes are recyclable.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receipt of the item to return it to me for a refund. I cannot refund postage charges and you will be responsible for packaging the item and return postage. The item must be unused and reach me in the same condition it reached you.
Payments are made through Paypal or Stripe and can be made using all major debit or credit cards. Once your order is completed, you should receive confirmation via email. When the item is dispatched, you will get another email.
